1. Services and Pricing:

Initial Investment: $500
Perfecting Appointment: $100
1.2 Microblading

Initial Investment: $600
Perfecting Appointment: $100
1.3 Microshading

Initial Investment: $500
Perfecting Appointment: $100
1.4 Nano

Initial Investment: $550
Perfecting Appointment: $100
1.5 Lip Blushing

Initial Investment: $500
Perfecting Appointment: $100
1.6 Dark Lip Neutralization

Initial Investment: $550
Perfecting Appointment: $100
1.7 Lash Enhancement

Initial Investment: $400
Perfecting Appointment: $100
1.8 Annual Touch-up (Existing Clients Only)

$350 (1-3 years after initial appointment)
2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies:

2.1 Appointments require a 72-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation.

2.2 Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 72 hours will forfeit the nonrefundable booking fee.

2.3 To reschedule, an additional booking fee must be paid.

2.4 No guests or children are allowed in the procedure room.

3. Booking and Procedures:

3.1 Scheduling is done through Square.

3.2 Services cannot be provided to individuals who:

Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are under 18 years of age
Have skin diseases near the procedure area
Have a viral infection
Are on Accutane or any medications affecting skin healing and blood clotting
Are epileptic
4. Health and Safety:

4.1 Blush and Brow reserves the right to refuse services based on the client's health or safety considerations.

4.2 Clients are advised to disclose any health conditions or concerns prior to the procedure.

5. General Terms:

5.1 Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Blush and Brow.

5.2 All sales are final; no refunds will be issued.

5.3 Blush and Brow is not responsible for any allergic reactions or complications resulting from the procedure.

5.4 The client acknowledges that the procedure results may vary based on individual skin types and aftercare.
